The State of Amy('s fitness)

My weekly check-in:
Down another 1.5 pounds for a total loss of 6.5 pounds. I walked a bit more than 9 miles last week.

    I walked until my feet fell off this weekend, a total of 4.5 hours. That woman I met from out of town is a walker, and she booked walking tours of NYC for every day she was here. The last one, she claims, was ten miles in one day! WE really need to do one of those walking tours the next time you come to visit.
